Go up two sizes from your pants' size.

Easy enough, eh? This is the most common method. If you don't care about a perfectly tailored fit, just go up two sizes. So if you're a size 28 pants, order a size 32 belt.

Measure your current belt.

Lay your current belt flat on a table and measure from the buckle to the hole where you most like the fit on your current belt. Use the size chart to select the size that coordinates.

The Legacy Demi is a thinner version of our classic belt at .75", for a modern minimalist look. Each belt is as unique as the wearer; these Hermann Oak Old World Harness leather hides contain high volumes of tallow which rich in varying dye shades throughout. They age beautifully and will darken and patina with use, giving each its own distinct appeal.

ABOUT THE TANNERY
Hermann Oak® Leather Co. was started by Lewis Charles Hermann in St. Louis, Missouri in 1881 to serve the local harness trade. Three more generations of Hermanns have followed in Lewis’s footsteps to bring the finest quality vegetable leathers to market. The tanning process has not changed much through the years. They still use the finest natural tree bark in their tanning liquors for richness and texture. And, each side is soaked in ground-vats and hand-worked for smooth, consistent and firm results.
